Recipie of the Week

I like to call it Egg Toast Here is what you need:
butter
Bread
Salt and pepper
Egg
Melt butter in skillet. Put a hole in the center of a slice of bread and put bread in skillet. Then break an egg over top of bread, make sure it goes in the center of bread. When bottom of bread is brown turn bread over with egg. Remove from skillet when egg is done.
